MET League of colleges was set up by the Mumbai Educational Trust in 1989.MET aims to redefine the system of education.The colleges are affiliated to the University of Mumbai and are ISO certified. The various courses that are offered by MET colleges are university accredited and autonomous.
MET Centre for Insurance Training, Research and Development is located in Mumbai, Maharashtra. MET Centre for Insurance Training, Research and Development, one of India's leading B-Schools and the CII (Chartered Insurance Institute), London, have come together to launch eMBA-Insurance. The eMBA-Insurance programme has been recognized by the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority (IRDA). The students have the benefit of having an eMBA Certification, Advanced Diploma in Insurance from the CII and Joint Accreditation by MET and the CII.
