Rajendra Academy for Teacher Education, Durgapur was established in 2009, by Rajendranath Education and Welfare Trust. The campus is located on lush green land at Gopalpur, Durgapur-12. The motive of the college is to provide the facility of quality Teacher’s Training Education from Bachelor’s and Diploma level to Master’s level and presently for last four years institute offers one year course of Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.). The institute has all necessary facilities like Library, Transport facility, laboratory, computer laboratory, sports facility, medical facility etc. The institute organizes extracurricular activities and Cultural / Literary Activities for the student’s to enhance their knowledge and skills.
