NEED-BASED SCHOLARSHIPS

VERGHESE KURIEN SCHOLARSHIP
Amount – Upto 2 Lakhs
Constituted in the honour of Dr V Kurien, the father of the White Revolution in India and is given to the wards of farmers to pursue the PGPM program. Those students who meet the following criteria can apply – Ward of a Farmer with annual income below 5 lacs.
UNIQUE ACHIEVEMENT AWARD
Amount – Upto 2 Lakhs
This scholarship recognizes students with outstanding accomplishments in sports, fine arts, social work, or similar fields. It also honours leadership in NGOs, and initiatives like Teach for India or AIESEC. Candidates who have earned awards, demonstrated social impact, or shown leadership are eligible, to celebrate both personal or professional excellence and contributions to society.
To apply for the one-year PGPM and PGPM–HR programs, candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of full-time work experience by April 30, 2025. For the two-year PGDM program, graduates with 0–3 years of experience are eligible. Work experience must be post-graduation and full-time; internships and part-time roles do not qualify. The eligibility also includes submitting academic records, valid MBA entrance scores (or appearing for SOIL’s own SET), and supporting documentation.
The selection process at SOIL is quite easy. After submitting the online application, shortlisted candidates go through the GEPI (Group Exercise & Personal Interview) round. The group exercise focuses on real-world problem-solving through design thinking, while the personal interview assesses your goals, leadership mindset, and program fit. Those without valid MBA scores must take the SOIL Entrance Test (SET), a 60-minute aptitude-based test, which is mandatory for final consideration.
Admissions for the PGPM, PGPM–HR, and PGDM programs at SOIL Gurgaon are now open for 2025. The process is tailored to identify driven individuals who align with SOIL’s values and possess both the potential and the willingness to explore their leadership capabilities. SOIL looks for candidates who demonstrate a balance of competence and attitude, with a clear sense of purpose in their career goals.
The application process for SOIL’s 2025 intake is fully online and user-friendly.
