Who Can Apply
- Passed Class 12 with Physics and Mathematics, plus one of Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology or a technical vocational subject.
- Students appearing in Class 12 in 2027 can apply.
- No age limit for the exam; individual institutes may set their own criteria.
How to Apply — Step by Step
- Register on the NTA portal. Use a mobile number and email you will keep — both are needed for the admit card.
- Fill the form. Personal details, Class 10 and 12 details, and four exam cities in order of preference.
- Upload photo and signature in the exact size NTA specifies. Wrong-size uploads are the most common reason forms get rejected.
- Pay the fee online and save the confirmation page.
- Check every detail before the window closes — name, date of birth, category and subjects must match your certificates.
