Banasthali Vidyapith Gliding and Flying Club (BVGFC) was established in 2009. It is a constituent of Banasthali Vidyapith University, established in1935 by educationists Hiralal Shastri and Ratan Shastri. The university later became Deemed University. It is a women university. It offers Student Pilot’s Licence (Aeroplanes), Private Pilot’s Licence (Aeroplanes), Commercial Pilot’s Licence (Aeroplanes), Commercial Helicopter Pilot’s Licence (Helicopters) CHPL, Private Pilot’s Licence (Helicopter), Assistance Flight Instructor’s Rating (Aeroplanes), Flight Instructor’s Rating (Aeroplanes), Flight Radio Telephone Operator’s Licence, Flight Radio Telephone Operator’s (Restricted) Licence, RTR Certificate, Airline Induction Course.
