IBS Gurgaon is devoted to offering students with both academic and financial help through non-government scholarships. This scholarship may also be offered to top IBSAT exam candidates, children of defense personnel, physically challenged students, or children of IBS graduates in order to alleviate the financial burden of tuition expenses.

IBS Gurgaon follows a clear and profile-based admission process for its PGPM program. The admissions process will consider academic credentials, entrance test scores and personal interview scores. There are several ways to apply (IBSAT and other national-level tests).
IBS Gurgaon provides admission via the IBSAT, or through converted scores from CAT, GMAT, NMAT, and XAT. Applications are only accepted via online application. The steps for IBS Gurgaon Admission are detailed below.
Go to www.ibsindia.org, and click Apply Now.
Fill out your basic details, such as your name, email id, mobile no, and preferred campus (IBS Gurgaon).
Application Fee: INR 1,800 (non-refundable)
Mode of Payment: Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, or UPI
You can choose to appear for IBSAT, which is ICFAI's own entrance test, or apply using a valid score of CAT, XAT, GMAT, or NMAT by GMAC.
Fill in your previous education and scores (if you are not applying for IBSAT), and upload your documents.
If you choose to take IBSAT, you will have to download the admit card after it is published.
If you appear for the IBSAT, then you will refer to attend the examination. If not, you will have to upload your valid scorecard of CAT/XAT/GMAT/NMAT.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for group discussion and personal interview (online or at the specified location).
You will receive your offer letter through email or portal based on your composite score (exam + academic grades + GDPI).
Ensure you confirm your admission by fully paying your admission fee and completing all other joining formalities.
Note:
Final graduation year students are eligible to apply but must provide proof of graduation by the start of the program.
