International Immersion (10 Days) - Select Merit Students
LBSIM has partnered with global universities in Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, and Dubai to offer 10 days of international immersions to select meritorious students. In 2025, 40 students availed these international programmes for niche management workshops, industrial tour, and cultural learning.
Rural Bharat Immersion (10 Days) – All Students
LBSIM is among the pioneers in Rural Bharat Immersion in India, powered by our partnerships with India’s best NGOs across 6 States wherein all the students study rural communities for 10 days and deliberate on the solutions to the challenges faced by them. Students’ academic submissions and presentations are evaluated for a full credited course.
Leadership Outbound Immersion (10 Days) – All Students
LBSIM fosters leadership among its students through a 10 day outbound programme in Uttarakhand and Jharkhand with Tata Steel Adventure Foundation wherein students ingrain skills of planning, communication, and team dynamics.
Industry Partnerships
LBSIM has partnerships with world leaders in technology like IBM, SAS, Bloomberg etc.
Regular workshops are conducted in technology fields like Big Data, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Research Techniques and Data Visualization.
Entrepreneurship & Incubation Cell (EIC)
LBSIM Entrepreneurship & Incubation Cell (EIC) has partnered with IIM Lucknow – Noida EIC for entrepreneurial excellence and providing funding opportunities to new start-ups. The serial Shark Tank has seen several LBSIM Alumni receive funding in the past.

Lal Bahadur Shastri Memorial Lecture is delivered annually to honour the values, vision, and memory of Bharat Ratna Sh. Lal Bahadur Shastri ji – the 2nd Prime Minister of India. Our recent speakers included Shri Suman Berry (NITI Aayog), Shri M. Venkaiah Naidu (Vice President of India), Shri Ravi Shankar (Social Reformer), Mr. Sunil Gavaskar (Cricketer) and His Holiness Shri Dalai Lama (Spiritual Leader).
Lalita Shastri Debate Competition is among India’s most reputed national debate competition on social issues held annually at LBSIM Delhi campus, in the memory of Smt. Lalita Shastri ji. The competition sees an enthusiastic participation from India’s leading institutes including IIMs, IITs, NITs and leading universities.

Full Course Fees for 2 Years
LBSIM offers scholarships of Rs. 100000/- each to meritorious students of PGDM programmes on merit-cum-means basis.
Eligibility: Bachelor’s Degree (3 Year) with min. 50% marks
LBSIM admission 2025-26 is currently ongoing. The application started from September 01, 2025 (Monday). Students willing to get admission in PGDM 2026-28, 2 year full-time program can apply on (forms.lbsim.ac.in).
