The Training and Placement Cell is dedicated to addressing both the employment needs of students and the development of essential skills required for securing desirable positions. This initiative operates under the expert leadership of a Director of Placement and is supported by a team of placement representatives drawn from both faculty and students across various academic departments. 

The cell plays an integral role in organizing recruitment opportunities by connecting students with esteemed multinational companies and prominent organizations.

The cell’s approach includes a comprehensive career-oriented curriculum complemented by specialized soft skills training. This dual focus ensures that students are well-prepared to enter the job market with qualifications that align with their academic backgrounds, skills, and competencies. 

In addition to facilitating job placements, the Training and Placement Cell offers personalized counseling, conducts targeted training sessions, and organizes value-added courses. These efforts are designed to enhance the overall employability of students, ensuring they are equipped to secure the best possible positions in their chosen fields.
