Central Government And State Government Scholarships

Navrachana University has been established under the State Government Act and which is a  UGC recognized University. Therefore, the students here are entitled to avail the benefit of all the schemes announced by Central Government and State Government for Schedule Caste (SC), Schedule Tribe (ST), Socially and Economically Backward Class (SEBC) and other Minorities. NUV thus facilitates Government Scholarships for the students who are eligible for the same.

Given below is a description of the University’s Scholarships for the incoming class of year 2020. taking into consideration all awards, academic achievement is of prime consideration.

• BBA/BBA-LLB:  25 Scholarships are available to entering BBA/BBA-LLB students who have scored 70% and above in Class XII exams. Interested candidates must come with filled in admissions forms and parents’ IT returns (2017-18 and 2018-19) to the University at the time of seeking admission.
• BTech (ME/EEE/CE/CSE/IT): 8 Scholarships are available to entering BTech students in each stream of engineering who are within the 1-8000 ACPC Merit Rank. Interested candidates must come with filled in admissions forms and parents’ IT returns (2017-18 and 2018-19) to the University at the time of seeking admission.
• MBA: 6 Scholarships are available to entering MBA students who have secured upto rank 400 in CMAT. Interested candidates must come in with filled in admissions forms and parents’ IT returns (2017-18 and 2018-19) to the University at the time of seeking admission.
• BArch: 4 Scholarships are available to entering Architecture students who are in top 100 in the ACPC Merit list. Interested candidates must come in with filled in admissions form and parents’ IT returns (2017-18 and 2018-19) to the university at the time of seeking admission.

These scholarships generally include partial tuition money and are designed to allow students to pursue education and/or support research at the university.

Navrachana University (NUV) provides scholarships to students who have a high scholastic record and need financial assistance.

The merit-focused scholarships on first cum first serve basis.

• Admission to the courses like BCA, BBA and BBA.LLB is completely based on the Entrance Test and Personal Interview scores conducted by the University itself.
• Admissions to MBA, candidates are shortlisted for admission on the basis of ACPC.Admissions to  B.Tech admission, 75% seats are occupied through ACPC and rest of the 25% seats are distributed on the basis of JEE Main scores.
• Admissions to M.Sc Environmental Science is done on the basis of the Personal Interview conducted by the university.
   Admission to BA (Journalism & Mass Comm.) is done through the Entrance test marks.
• For B.Sc, B.Sc-M.Sc, M.Sc and B.Ed, a personal interview round shall be conducted for those shortlisted set of candidates for their final selection.
• In case of B.Arch, 30 seats are reserved through ACPC and rest of the 10 seats are resesrved through management/NRI quota.
• Admission to B.LAD and B.Design completely depends on the Drawing Test, Aptitude Test and Personal Interview.

The candidates wiiling to join Navrachana need to register themselves either online or offiline. Once the registration is done the candidate will recieve his/her login ID & Password which wll help the candidate in the upcoming admission procedures.

Reach out for the Application Form:

Using the generated Id & Password the candidate can fill the application form available both online and offline. The candidate must fill in his /her personal details in the form such as name, parents names, address, contact details, etc. 

Upload required documents:

This is the most important part of the admission process. The candidate must make sure that all the required documents are submitted in their original or attested forms. Some of the important documents to be submitted are, photocopies, transfer certificate, +2 marksheets and signature of parent and student.

Application Fees Payment:

Atlalst the students have to make a payment in the form of cash or card in order to submit the from. The aplication wont be accepted until the paymet is done.

Navrachana University’ provides a hostel for boys and girls separately which is good enough, secured and provides comfortable living called Viram House. Virham House is situated 1.5 kms away from the University campus. During classnhours, there is a van service arranged that help the students transport themselves to the campus. Hostel allotment is on first-come-first-serve basis.

The ground floor of the hostel  has the Warden’s Office, security desk and a canteen with a common dining facility. The ground floor is dedicated to living for 64 girls and first floor is dedicated to living for 64 boys with separate entrances. The rooms are large, well-ventilated, furnished with a comfortable beds, reading desks and storage facilities. Each room has attached toilet/bathroom with geyser facility. They accommodate four students to a room. The rooms are cleaned regularly and there is an ample parking space for two-wheelers.

Hostel Fees: Rs.30,000/- per year. Hostel fee includes lodging charges only. Payment has to be made in favour of Navrachana University.

Security Deposit: Rs. 5000/- (one time/refundable)

Food, Transportation and Electricity charges are to paid separately as per actuals.
