Need-based Scholarships Amount – Up to 2 Lakhs

Applicants with family income (excluding the applicant’s income) of less than INR. 10 lakh per annum

Merit-based Scholarships Amount – Up to 2 Lakhs

Exceptional Students with a proven track record in academics. Total Weighted Avg.* between 80 to 90
Students Working with Govt. organisations/PSU (GET or above cadre) Extracurricular activities- Winner at National or International Levels *Weightage Avg. formula: [10th*0.25 + 12th*0.25 + Graduation*0.5] all scores should be converted to a scale of 100 before applying the formula

Capt. Vikram Batra Scholarships For Defence Amount – Up to 2 Lakhs

Students from the Armed Forces, Students whose parents have served in the Defence Services of India

Dr Verghese Kurien Scholarship Amount – Up to 2 Lakhs

Constituted in the honour of Dr V Kurien, the father of the White Revolution in India and is given to the wards of farmers to pursue the PGPM program. Those students who meet the following criteria can apply – Ward of a Farmer with an annual income below 5 lacs.

Unique Achievement Award Amount – Up to 2 Lakhs

This scholarship recognises students with outstanding accomplishments in sports, fine arts, social work, or similar fields. It also honours leadership in NGOs and initiatives like Teach for India or AIESEC. Candidates who have earned awards, demonstrated social impact, or shown leadership are eligible to celebrate both personal or professional excellence and contributions to society.

To be eligible for the one-year MBA – PGPM program, a student must fulfil the following criteria.

  • A completed Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognised institution with at least 50% in graduation.
  • Greater than 60% in 10th & 12th Standard Examinations.
  • Minimum 2 years of Prior Work Experience is required.
  • Valid CAT 2024/25; NMAT2025/26; XAT 2025/26, accepted. (One score is mandatory)
  • If you don't have any of the above scores, please appear for the SOIL SAT Test.

The following exam scores are acceptable for admission to the 1 Year PGPM Program.

The SOIL Aptitude Test is mandatory for applicants who haven't submitted scores from other recognised entrance exams (CAT, XAT, NMAT, etc.). While also open to those with existing scores looking to improve their admission chances, this test is crucial for completing the SOIL admissions process.

  • The test duration is 60 minutes.
  • The test is designed to assess aptitude without extensive preparation.
  • Test results are required to complete the admission process.
  • The exam can be taken before or after the GEPI process, but must be completed for admission consideration.
  • The test will test students in the following areas. 

The GEPI process evaluates candidates' leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills through group exercises and personal interviews. This multi-phase assessment provides a comprehensive view of each applicant's capabilities and program fit.

Group Exercise:

The group exercise challenges candidates to tackle real-world problems using Design Thinking principles and methodologies. This collaborative session allows applicants to:

  • Apply user-centric approaches to complex issues
  • Demonstrate empathy, ideation, and prototyping skills
  • Showcase their ability to iterate and refine solutions quickly

Personal Interview:

Interviews with short-listed candidates will be conducted by a faculty member and a senior member of the industry. Interviews last about 30 - 45 minutes, and you will be asked questions about your background and your aspirations, and how the PGPM program fits with your plans.

The SOIL Aptitude Test is a mandatory assessment for applicants who haven't submitted other recognized entrance exam scores (CAT, XAT, NMAT, etc.). ]

  • Test results are required to complete the admission process.

Please be aware that our institution does not endorse or participate in any application fee coupon distribution scheme. The application fee is to be paid in full.

Final decisions will be emailed to all candidates most probably within four weeks of taking the interview. After your interview there are three possible outcomes:

  • You are made an offer to join the program.
  • You are asked to appear for a personal interview for the second time.
  • You are not successful at securing a place this year.

Program Registration

Once you are made an offer to join the PGPM program, you will be required to secure your place by paying the first instalment of the course fee – INR Two Lacs within 10 days of receiving the offer. The Admissions team will guide you through this process.

SOIL One Year MBA – PGPM application process requires you to fill in an online application form by your chosen application deadline. You will be required to provide the admissions committee with the following

  • Details of academic background
  • An extensive account of your work experience
  • MBA Exam Scores / Opt for SAT Score
  • Upload Document Proofs
