The candidates who want to apply for Bachelor in Engineering in T John Institute of Technology, Bangalore must first confirm that they fulfill the eligibility criteria as given below:

• The candidates must have passed 10+2/PUC or 12th standard examination from a recognised board with at least 45% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Maths, Biology, Biotechnology, Computer Science or Electronics.
• Candidates belonging to SC/ ST/ OBC category get relaxation of 5% in the minimum marks criteria. Such candidates need to secure 40% marks in the qualifying exam.
• This minimum marks in 10 + 2 level examination exemption is, although, only applicable to students who are from the Karnataka region.
• The candidates must have a good rank in the competitive entrance exam that is used for admission in the program.

T John Institute of Technology B.E Selection Criteria

• Candidates applying for B.E in any of the specializations will be selected on the basis of marks obtained in the entrance exam.
• The students belonging to the Karnataka region must clear and score a good rank in the Common Entrance Test (CET).
• All the other candidates (not belonging to the Karnataka region) must appear in other competitive examinations like Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK), All India Engineering Entrance Examination (AIEEE) or the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE).
• It is compulsory for all the candidates who are not from the Karnataka region to attend either one of these competitive examinations and secure a good rank. Although JEE is compulsory for all.
  Students with a valid score are selected for admission.

Admissions into the UG  courses are on the basis of merit scored in subjects except for  B.Tech programmes for which admissions are on the basis only on JEE-Main and GATE entrance exam results.

The candidates wiiling to join TJIT need to register themselves either online or offiline. Once the registration is done the candidate will recieve his/her login ID & Password which wll help the candidate in the upcoming admission procedures.

Reach out for the Application Form:

Using the generated Id & Password the candidate can fill the application form available both online and offline. The candidate must fill in his /her personal details in the form such as name, parents names, address, contact details, etc. 

Upload required documents:

This is the most important part of the admission process. The candidate must make sure that all the required documents are submitted in their original or attested forms. Some of the important documents to be submitted are, photocopies, transfer certificate, +2 marksheets and signature of parent and student.

Application Fees Payment:

Atlalst the students have to make a payment in the form of cash or card in order to submit the from. The aplication wont be accepted until the paymet is done.

Scholarship of 50% in tuition fees will be given for the following:

• Participated in National Level Sports events.
• Students with more than  60% in PUC.
• Students with any CET Ranking.

For students belonging from Uttarakhand itself , the entire Tuition Fees will be refunded for the students belonging to the ST/SC/OBC Category and to those meritious students who have scored well in the previous eligibility exams. Students can also avail various central government Scholarships schemes only for those meritorious & deserving candidates, details for which can be found out in the admission process given.
