SSC JHT 2022 or SSC JHT Exam 2022 Staff Selection Commission (SSC) conducts Junior Hindi Translator (JHT) Exam or JHT to recruit Hindi Translators in various Ministries and departments of Central Government. Candidates who pass this exam work as Junior Hindi Translator, Hindi Translator, Hindi Pradhyapak. Their work would be to mainly translate various documents from english to Hindi and vice versa.
On certain occasions, a couple of documents may be translated from other local Indian languages to Hindi and vice versa and JHTs could be engaged for that job. SSC issues a notification about this job at its website at the appropriate time. Candidates can apply soon after the release of the notificiation. The procedure to apply is online.
The exam would be conducted in online and offline mode. There are two stages - Stage 1 and Stage 2. Stage 1 has a written test where the candidates have to answer questions in multiple choice formant. Stage 2 has a written test where questions and candidates have to answer in descriptive format. Stage 1 will be conducted in online format and stage 2 will be held in offline format.
Candidates have to pass Stage 1 to take part in Stage 2. Candidates who pass Stage 2 will be called for document verification. Vacancies are allotted post verification.
