About TJEE 2022

Tripura Joint Entrance Exam 2022 Tripura Board of Joint Entrance Examination (TBJEE) conducts Tripura Joint Entrance Examination (TJEE) to provide admission into graduate engineering, pharmacy, veterinary sciences, pharmacy, fisheries, paramedical courses in colleges located across Tripura.

The exam is a state level exam conducted once a year and is for students who wish to study graduation in above mentioned subjects. Other name for the exam is Tripura JEE.

The exam comprises questions related to maths, physics, chemistry, biology which are combined in Group A, Group B and Group C. The combinations of the subjects are mentioned in the table below:

Candidates seeking admission to Engineering/ Technological Degree Courses (Group-A) will have to appear in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and those seeking admission to various Degree Courses of Veterinary/ Agricultural/ Fisheries, Paramedical and others (Group-B) will have to appear in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Candidates desiring to take chances in both of the above groups (Group-C) will have to appear in all the four subjects.

The notification is released on the official website of TBJEE at appropriate time every year. Candidates can submit applications after the notification is released. The application submission for 2022 began on 16-02-2022 and went on till 7-3-2022 and exam was conducted on 27 April 2022. Candidates willing to apply for the exam can actually wait for the next appropriate time as the registration for 2022 is closed and exam has also been conducted.

Candidates can visit the official website and click the link for registration and create an account comprisiing username and password. Post creation of account, they can login with help of password and username obtained during the registration and start filling the form, they can upload the required documents, pay the registration fees and then submit the form.

Post application form submission, applicants have to appear for a written test. The exact schedule, time, and location of the test centre will be communicated through registered e-mail id or through other source. The written test will be conducted in online mode and questions related to computer science, mathematics, analytical ability & logical Reasoning and english have to be answered in two hours.

Candidates who pass the exam with the required score (minimum qualifying marks or cutoff marks) will be called for further admission procedure. Cutoff marks will be set and candidate's score in the exam has to be equal to the set cutoff marks or above it.

Candidates can compare their score with the set cutoff marks,  If they find their score to be either equal or greater than cutoff, they can take part in the counselling process. Information about the exam is provided below in a tabular format for the sake of the students:
