Organizations are encouraged to visit EMPI to make pre-placement presentation before they come for Campus Interviews. This will provide both the organization and the students an opportunity to interact and understand each others requirements better.

The placement activities begin with updating link of current batch students profile on website and inviting companies for corporate connects.

• The procedures may vary from company to company but will generally follow the following steps:
  1. Pre placement talks
  2. Interested students participation.
  3. Short listing if any by company representatives
  4. Test / GDs / Interviews
  5. Results mostly on the spot or provided within 24 hours

In the case of delayed results the students are permitted to attend interviews of other companies. The top recruiters are Apollo Tyres, Asian Paints, Mahindra Electric, Axis Bank. These are among the many, the list of recruiters is even bigger. 

• The placement season at EMPI started in the month of September 2021 for batch 2020-2022.
• In order to groom Students to clinch the careers of their choice, a number of Mock Interviews and Group Discussion sessions were conducted. Experts from various industries were invited to the campus for this purpose. These sessions not only gave them a first-hand experience of facing Interviews but also helped develop strong industry relations.
• Right at the start of the placement season, 4 students were selected in the leading Indian multinational private bank, Union Bank of India.
• Some of the sectors where Students have been placed are Real Estate, Retail, Core Finance, Banking, Insurance, Research, KPOs, Human Resources (Generalist), Logistics, Infrastructure, and Media companies, as per Students’ specialization and interest areas.
