Most Banks in the country offer attractive education loans for students. All the required documents will be provided from IZee to the selected candidate for the processing of Educational Loan.

Education Loan Documents Required For Applicant And Co Applicant’s Student Documents (Applicant’s)

• ID Proof: PAN Card, Passport, Adhaar Card, 2 Passport size Photos
• Address Proof: Present and Permanent
• Permanent address proof required along with the latest Electricity bill
• 10th To Latest Degree Marks Cards
• Admission Letters

If Employee (Salaried)

• 3 Months Latest Salary Slip
• 6 Months Latest Bank Statements
• Form-16 [Latest 2 Years] Part A & B
• ITR Latest 2 Year ( If Applicable )

Co Applicant’s Documents (Salaried)

• ID Proof: PAN Card, (Aadhar, Voter ID)
• Address Proof: Present and Permanent
• Permanent address proof required along with the latest Electricity bill.
• 3 Months Latest Salary Slip
• 6 Months Latest Bank Statements
• Form-16 [Latest 2 Years] Part A & B
• ITR Latest 2 Year ( If Applicable )

Co Applicant’s Documents (Self Employee)

• ID Proof: PAN Card, (Aadhar, Voter ID)

• Permanent address proof required along with the latest Electricity bill.
• 8 Months Latest Bank Statements (Current & Personal)
• 2 Years ITR with Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet. State of Income with CA Seal & Signature
• Any Business Proof: VAT, PAN Card
• ITR Latest 2 Year ( If Applicable )

Collateral Documents [Property Documents]

• Sales Deed
• Mother Deed
• Title Deed
• Tax Paid Receipt
• Building Plan (Approved by Govt)
• EC (Encumbrance certificate) 15 Years
• A Katha Extract [Biyappa, BDA, BBMP, BMRDA]
• If B Katha It Should be DC Converted

Applicant’s Father Should Come in the Loan Structure Just as Guarantor, [ONLY IF THEY ARE NOT COMING AS INCOME CO APPLICANT IN LOAN] For the Same We Need Only His Pan Card, ID and Address Proof. [PRESENT & PERMANENT]
