Madan Mohan Malviya University conducts admission to all UG and PG programs through a national-level entrance test. MMMUT accepts multiple national-level entrance tests, are JEE Main, CUET PG, GATE, and Malviya Entrance Test (MET), conducted by MMMUT.
Registration: Candidates must apply for the respective entrance exam - JEE Main for B.Tech, CUET-UG/PG for BBA, B.Pharm, MCA and M.Sc. GATE for M.Tech and MET (Malviya Entrance Test) for MBA, M.Tech and PhD.
Exam Appearance: Candidates must appear for their chosen exam and achieve a valid qualifying score as per the MMMUT cutoffs.
Counselling Registration: After the declaration of results, students register on the MMMUT official portal for centralised counselling.
Choice Filling & Locking: Applicants must fill in their course and specialisation preferences based on eligibility and rank.
Seat Allotment: Seats are allotted according to rank, reservation norms and availability in respective courses.
Document Verification & Fee Payment: Candidates must verify original documents and pay the admission fees to confirm their seat.
Spot Counselling (if required): Additional rounds are conducted if seats remain vacant after regular counselling.
MMMUT University is located on the Gorakhpur Deoria road, about 9 Km from Gorakhpur railway station and approximately 7 Km from Gorakhpur city.
