NIIT University (NU) has established itself as a leading placement destination, with over 700 active industry partners including top companies like IBM, Tata Consultancy Services, Morgan Stanley, Deloitte, Zomato, and Big Basket. Maintaining a remarkable 100% placement record, NU has successfully placed its students in aspired roles across various industries. In 2022, companies like Morgan Stanley, IBM, Cisco, Deloitte, Ernst & Young, Genpact, and Big Basket offered industry practice opportunities, with the highest stipend reaching ₹87,000 in India and ₹82,833 internationally.

For the Class of 2024, NU achieved a highest CTC of ₹27 LPA and an average CTC of ₹12.31 LPA among the top 25% students, with 35% repeat employers. NU’s placement process is spearheaded by the Career Development Council (CDC) and the Centre for Industrial Collaboration (CIC), which provide holistic career guidance through initiatives like Design My Future (DMF), interview skills workshops, resume building, mock interviews, and group discussions.

Additionally, NU ensures real-world exposure through Industry Practice for BTech students during their final semester and summer internships, enabling them to gain hands-on experience and bridge the gap between academic learning and industry expectations.
