Undergraduate Courses Fee

For the Sapthagiri College of Engineering students can apply online on http://karepass.cgg.gov.in for the E-Pass Karnataka. Below Income 2½ Lakh G1 category Students & 1 Lakh Income 2a, 3a & 3b Students apply online Scholarship: 2025-26.

Eligible Students who wish to claim scholarship under the SC/ST & Defense category, whose annual income is more than two lakhs Fifty Thousand (Rs 2,50,000) to Ten Lakhs  (Rs. 10.00,000) are hereby informed to collect scholarship application from the office.

The following documents shall be submitted with the application form.

1. CET Order.
2. Defense service personal children dependent Parents service certificate or application - Part A, Part B. / Defense Certificate to be enclosed.
3. Caste certificate.
4. Income certificate.
5. ADHAR Card Number Compulsory.
6. Government employees or pensioners salary certificate / Pay Slip must be enclosed.
7. Students who submit income certificate in the name of the guardian

  Shall attach the death certificate of the parent.

Sapthagiri College of Engineering Notice

• Candidates should have passed in 2nd PUC / 12th Std / Equivalent Exam with English as one of the Languages and obtained a Minimum of 45% of Marks in aggregate in Physics and Mathematics along with Chemistry / Bio-Technology / Biology / Electronics / Computer. (40% for SC, ST, Cat-1, 2A, 2B, 3A and 3B category candidates).
• Candidates should have qualifying rank in either CET or COMEDK entrance test.

BRANCH WISE SEAT AND QUOTA AVAILABILITY IS AS FOLLOWS:

CET QUOTA (CET College Code: E108):

CET Quota test is conducted by Karnataka Examination Authority for candidates of Karnataka Domicile. For details log on to www.kea.kar.nic.in

COMEDK QUOTA (COMEDK College Code: E116):

For the COMEDK quota, the test is conducted by Karnataka Unaided Private Engineering Colleges Association Authority, for both Karnataka and non-karnataka candidates. For details log on to www.comedk.org

MANAGEMENT QUOTA: (Karnataka and Non Karnataka Students)

For Management quota seats, SCE invites applications from eligible candidates, that is those who fulfill the minimum norms required for admission as specified above, and based on personal counselling, these seats are allotted on merit amongst the candidates applied. For details on obtaining applications, counselling, etc, the same will be announced/hosted on this site shortly (some time in May/June).
