About BVP CET 2022

Bharati Vidyapeeth Common Entrance Exam 2022 Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University) (BVP) located in Pune in Maharashtra conducts BVP Common Entrance Test (CET) for admissions into engineering courses offered by it.

The institution offers engineering in various disciplines and candidates who want to study them can prepare for this institutional level exam which is conducted once a year. The popular name for the exam is BVP CET.

The notification is released on the official website of BVP at appropriate time every year. Candidates can submit applications after the notification is released. Currently the application submission is on and the candidates can visit the official website to submit applications till 20 June 2022 for the first phase and 30 June 2022 for the second phase.

The examination will be conducted on 1&2 July 2022 for the first phase and 10 July 2022 for the second phase.

Candidates can visit the official website and click the link for registration and create an account comprisiing username and password. Post creation of account, they can login with help of password and username obtained during the registration and start filling the form, they can upload the required documents, pay the registration fees and then submit the form.

Post application form submission, applicants have to appear for a written test. The exact schedule, time, and location of the test centre will be communicated through registered e-mail id or through other source. The written test will be conducted in online mode and questions related to mathematics, physics and chemistry and biology have to be answered in 3 hours.

Candidates who pass the exam with the required score (minimum qualifying marks or cutoff marks) will be called for further admission procedure. Cutoff marks will be set and candidate's score in the exam has to be equal to the set cutoff marks or above it.

Candidates can compare their score with the set cutoff marks,  If they find their score to be either equal or greater than cutoff, they can take part in the counselling process. Information about the exam is provided below in a tabular format for the sake of the students:

Step 2: Upload Documents

Documents required must be kept handy before filling the application form. Once the JEE Advanced application form is filled correctly, upload the required set of documents with the specifications.

  • Upload high quality scanned images of your latest photograph and signature in JPEG format.
  • The signature size should range from 1kb- 30kb.

JEE Advanced 2023 Eligbility Criteria

The candidates can check below the eligibility criteria to appear for JEE Advanced 2023:

Age limit: There is an age limit to appear for JEE Advanced 2023.

  • Candidates should have been born on or after October 1, 1995
  • Five years relaxation is given to SC, ST and PwD candidates, i.e., these candidates should have been born on or after October 1, 1990.

Qualifying JEE Main 2023: Candidates should be among the top 2,45,000 (including all categories) in Paper-1 of JEE Main 2023. The number of candidates that are selected from each of the categories is as follows:

JEE Advanced 2023 Counselling

Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) will be responsible for the counselling session of JEE Advanced qualified candidates. Registration has to be done and the candidates will have to select their choice of colleges and courses. Candidates will be allotted seats into the participating IITs according to their secured ranks, preferences and availability of seats.

The counselling for the JEE Advanced AAT 2023 qualified candidates will be conducted by Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA). The candidates will have to register through JoSAA where allotment will be done according to the candidate’s secured rank, preferences made and availability of seat.
