Educational qualification
Applicants should have passed Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) from a recognised instiution located across India. Even those who have studied B.Sc. in Computer Science/Information Technology/Electronics can also apply.
Applicants who are a pass in B.Sc. with Mathematics or Statistics as one of the subjects at the graduate level can also submit applications. Candidates with qualifications acquired through correspondence or distance-learning programmes are eligible.
Pass marks
The candidate has to obtain the minimum score of 55% if they are from General category and 50% if they are from the reserved category. Applicants with BSc Honours must have a minimum of 55% (50% for SC/ST/PwD) marks on average in their Honours subject.
The test will be conducted in online mode and questions will be in multiple choice format and they have to be answered in 2 hours time (120 minutes). Correct answer gets 4 marks, while wrong answer will take away 1 mark. The total marks are 480 and medium of the exam is english.
