The condition of eligibility depends upon the type of the course the candidates wishes to apply through this entrance exam. Candidates who pass the exam can either seek admission in undergraduate or postgraduate courses. The condition of eligibility for candidates applying for undergraduate courses is different from that of those who wish to apply for postgraduate courses. More information is given below in tabular format for the sake of the candidates:

The time would be two hours and all the questions have to be answered within that duration. The format of the questions will be in multiple choice where every question will have more one than one reply and the right one among that has to be chosen to get the marks. Every reply that goes correct gets 1 mark and every wrong reply loses 0.25 marks. More information is provided below for the sake of the students in a tabular format:
