AEEE 2023 registrations will start from November 27 2022 and students can register online. It is about admissions into engineering courses offered by Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham. Students who are keen on joining engineering courses at graduation level can aim for this exam.
AEEE which is expanded into Amrita Engineering Entrance Examination is conducted for providing admission into engineering courses offered at Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, an educational institution located in southern part of India.
Courses ranging from arts, journalism, medicine, health sciences, management are provided at the institution along with engineering. Students who wish to join engineering (BE or BTech) have to appear for AEEE which is conducted once every year, AEEE 2023 is an exam meant to be conducted in 2023.
Students who have passed plus-two from a recognised educational institution anywhere in India with subjects as maths, physics and chemistry as subjects can apply. Individuals focusing on biotechnology oriented engineering courses have to pass plus-two with biology, physics and chemistry as subjects.

Process to submit applications for AEEE 2023 is online and students have to visit the official website ‘https://www.amrita.edu/’
Individuals have to type the above url in the url bar of the browser and wait for the webpage to download. Post download, candidates have to register and create an account comprising username and password. Post account creation, students can login and fill the form, pay the registration charges and submit the application.
What is next?
Students who submit applications have to appear for AEEE 2023 which will be conducted as a computer based test in 140 cities across India. The questions related to maths/biology, physics, chemistry, english have to be answered in a duration of 2.5 hours.

Individuals have to pass the test with the required qualifying marks which is also known as cutoff marks or cutoff score. Candidates with the required cutoff marks can take part in the counselling.
Students who have the passed national level tests like JEE Mains 2023 or SAT (Scholastic Assessment Test) or PUEEE (Pearson UG Engineering Entrance Examination) can directly appear for counselling as they are likely exempted from appearing for AEEE 2023.
Selection will be done on criteria like – performance in written test, performance in qualifying exam, choice of the course by candidates, availability of seats.
