Age Limit Criteria 

There is a strict age recruitment eligibility criteria for these positions. The minimum age required for these jobs is 18 years and the maximum age required is 25 years. No age relaxation whether even in the upper or lower age limit will not be allowed. The date of reckoning of age will be 01/01/2022. 

Education Qualification Criteria 

Along with the age limit criteria, they also have educational qualification criteria. For the level 2 and level 3 job positions, the students must have passed the 12th grade or its equivalent examination. The degree of either of these should be from a government-recognised board/council. 

For the level 4 and level 5 job positions, the candidates must have passed graduation and must have a graduation degree. If not graduation, they must have done its equivalent examination in any discipline from a government-recognised university. The candidates have to adhere to the education qualification criteria when it comes to eastern railway recruitment.

The candidates will have to fill in their email ids and their phone numbers. They must ensure that these phone numbers and email ids should be in working condition. It is through these two things that the entire communication with the candidates will be done. 

Selection Process 

The selection process for eastern railway recruitment will depend on the trials and assessment of recognized sports achievements as per norms, educational qualifications, etc. Only those candidates who are fit for the trials will be taken to the next stage of the eastern railway’s recruitment process.

The trials are a little tough because it demands the candidates to be extremely fit. A lot of candidates get refined from the selection of the trials because they aren’t that fit. 

The selected candidates will get an e-call letter that needs to be downloaded by the candidates. It will be on the same website as RRC/ER.
