The 2019-2020 All India Survey on Higher Education (AISHE) also shows that at the UG level, the highest number (32.7%) of students are enrolled in Arts/Humanities/Social Sciences courses followed by Science (16%), Commerce (14.9%) and Engineering and Technology (12.6%). This makes it evident that media is one of the most popular branches of studying in India. It might be because of the endless opportunities it gives to the students in the coming years.Â
