NCHM JEE 2023: Start submitting great applications
NCHM JEE 2023 registration is open now and applications can be submitted. Students seeking admission to hotel management courses at the graduation level can apply for the exam.
The registration was opened on 2 February 2023 and the last date to submit applications is 5 pm on 27 April 2023. Students who are looking for a great career in hotel management or the hospitality sector by studying hotel management courses can focus on NCHM JEE 2023.
The full name of the test is National Council for Hotel Management Joint Entrance Examination which in short is called NCHM JEE. It is conducted once every year and NCHM JEE 2023 is meant to be organised this year (2023).
The exam is a national-level exam and is held in computer-based mode and students who pass NCHM JEE 2023 with required qualifying marks can apply for the next process of admission which involves counselling or an interview and document verification.
Who can apply for NCHM JEE 2023
The eligibility criteria to apply for NCHM JEE 2023 is a pass in plus-two in any stream from a recognized educational institution located anywhere in India. Candidate must have passed English as a subject of study (core/elective/functional) in the qualifying examination.
Those appearing in plus-two or equivalent examination can also appear in NCHM JEE 2023 on a provisional basis. Provisional admission will stand cancelled if proof of having passed the qualifying examination is not submitted at the time of counselling or admission.
How to apply
The process to apply for NCHM JEE 2023 online can be done on the official website of ‘https://nchmjee.nta.nic.in/’
The above-mentioned URL has to be typed into the browser and the website must be allowed to download. Post-download of the website, candidates have to enter their name, course of their choice, date of birth, and email id and register to create an account with username and password.
Post account creation, they can log in and start filling out the application form, pay the registration fees and then submit the form. Post submission, candidates have to wait for a message indicating successful submission. Once the message is obtained, applicants can take a printout of it.
After application submission
Students have to appear for NCHM JEE 2023 on 14 May 2023 and the test will be conducted in the computer-based mode where the questions have to be answered on a computer. The duration to answer the questions is three hours.
NCHM JEE 2023 will be conducted from 9 am to 12 pm on that day. The test is for 200 marks and questions will be asked from the subjects – Numerical Ability and Analytical Aptitude, Reasoning and Logical Deduction, General Knowledge and Current Affairs, English Language and Aptitude for Service Sector.
