NESTS Recruitment 2023 is about applying for the post of teaching and non-teaching staff in Ekalavya Model Residential Schools (EMRSs). Candidates with the required eligibility conditions can submit applications.

This recruitment is being conducted by National Education Society for Tribal Students (NESTS) which is an autonomous organisation under Ministry of Tribal Affairs of Government of India.

Process to submit application for this NESTS Recruitment 2023 is online and candidates have to visit the official website to register. EMRSs are being established with the objective of providing quality education to class 6 to 12 students from ST category.

These schools will be set up at block level as residential schools and will have separate hostels for boys and girls, accommodation for teachers, mess facility, playground and all other amenities in line with Navodaya Vidyalayas.

Vacancies

NESTS Recruitment 2023 will fill the post of principal, postgraduate teachers and non-teaching staff. The total number of positions to be filled are 4062.

Out of thesem 303 vacancies are for the post of Principal, 2266 vacancies are for the post of Postgraduate Teachers (PGT), 361 are for the post of accountants, 759 are for Jr Secretariat Assistant (JSA), 373 posts are for the post of Lab Attendant.

Postgraduate teachers will be recruited through this NESTS Recruitment 2023 for the subjects – english, hindi, maths, chemistry, physics, biology, history, geography, commerce, economics and computer science.

Pay prospect for the post or Principal will be in the range of Rs 78800 – Rs 209200. The same for PGTs is from Rs 47600 Rs 151100. Pay prospects for Accountant post is from Rs 35400 to Rs 112400.

JSA post has a pay package from Rs 19900 to Rs 63200. The same for the post of Lab Attendant are from Rs 18000 to Rs 56900.

Who can apply for NESTS Recruitment 2023?

Principal

Candidates willing to apply for this post through this NESTS Recruitment 2023 is that their age must not exceed 50 years and must be a postgradute, they should also have completed BEd and have above 12 years of experience as vice prinicipal or PGT or TGT.

PGT

Candidates willing to apply for this post through this NESTS Recruitment 2023 is that their age must not exceed 40 years and must be a postgradute in the relevant subject in which they wish to become a teacher. They should also have completed BEd.

Accountant

Candidates willing to apply for this post through this NESTS Recruitment 2023 is that their age must not exceed 30 years and must be a gradute in commerce.

JSA

Candidates willing to apply for this post through this NESTS Recruitment 2023 is that their age must not exceed 30 years and must be a pass in Senior Secondary (Class XII) from a recognized board and possessing minimum speed of 35 words per minutes in English typing or 30 words per minute in Hindi typing.

Lab Attendant

Candidates willing to apply for this post through this NESTS Recruitment 2023 is that their age must be up to 30 years and must be a pass in Senior Secondary (Class XII) or Class 10 with a pass in diploma in laboratory technique.

Process of selection
