NIT Calicut 

National Institute of Technology (NIT), Calicut is a public university. It is one of the best engineering colleges in the country. It is also declared as an institute of national importance governed by the NIT Act passed by the Parliament of India. This one got established in 1961 and is one of the oldest NITs of India. They offer 52 courses in 13 departments altogether. 

NIT Calicut recruitment is all about hiring the assistant professors which embarks great opportunities for the PhD holders. They have rolled out the applications through a special drive. These positions are for the Calicut campus itself.
