A notification released by Telangana State Council for Higher Education (TSCHE) said TS EAMCET 2024 will be held from 12 to 13 May 2024 for agriculture and pharmacy.

This is an exam for students who are keen on joining graduation in engineering, pharmacy or agriculture courses in colleges located across Telangana.

Dates for TS EAMCET 2024 which is also known as EAPCET have been announced and the registration schedule will likely start soon.

What is the TS EAMCET 2024 Exam?

The full name is Telangana State Engineering, Agriculture & Medical (Pharmacy, Veterinary etc.,) Common Entrance Test.

It is a state-level entrance test that is conducted once a year. TS EAMCET 2024 is meant to be conducted this year (2024).

TS EAMCET 2024 will be conducted online where answers have to be marked on a computer.

The format of questions is multiple choice, where each question will have more than one option and the right one has to be chosen to get the marks.

The exam has questions related to mathematics, physics and chemistry for those applying for engineering courses. Students aiming for agriculture, pharmacy or nursing courses have to answer questions related to biology, physics and chemistry.

The questions will be from lessons taught in these subjects regularly at the class 12 level in recognized educational institutions.

Who can apply for the exam?

The eligibility to apply for TS EAMCET 2024 is a pass in plus-two in the science stream. Subjects in plus-two must be maths, physics and chemistry for students willing to join engineering.

Candidates aiming for pharmacy, and agriculture should have passed plus-two with biology, physics and chemistry as subjects. The applicants must be a native of Telangana or Andhra Pradesh.

Applicants of TS EAMCET 2024 must have at least 45% and 40% (for Unreserved and reserved categories respectively) in the plus-two exam.

The candidates should satisfy local/non–local status requirements as laid down in the Telangana /Andhra Pradesh Education Institutions (Regulations of Admission) order, 1974 as subsequently amended.

How to apply?

The process to apply for TS EAMCET 2024 is online and candidates have to visit the official website of the exam to submit applications. The URL to reach it is ‘https://eamcet.tsche.ac.in/’

The URL mentioned above has to be typed into the browser of the computer and the website has to be allowed to download.

Once the webpage is available, applicants for TS EAMCET have to click the required link and pay the registration fee and obtain the confirmation number.

Once the confirmation number is obtained, candidates can click the link for filling out the application form and start providing all the information on that.

The application has to be filled out and submitted. Post submission, candidates can obtain a confirmation message indicating successful submission.

Once obtained, applicants can download it and take a printout of it.

Hall tickets have to be downloaded, they will be made available for download at the appropriate time.

Students have to appear for TS EAMCET from 9 to 11 May 2024 for engineering and 12 to 13 May for pharmacy, agriculture and other courses.
