  • Graduation (10+2+3) in any discipline from a recognized University.
  • Followed by a Personal/Telephonic Interview round with AIMA Panel members.

Selection Process:

  • Candidates will be shortlisted based on their performance in the Interview, conducted by AIMA.
  • Interview dates can be obtained by contacting the program manager.

Application Procedure:

  • Applicants should submit self-attested graduation certificates and a passport-size photograph at the time of the interview/admission.
  • A prospectus fee of Rs. 1,000 is required.
  • Fees are payable for each module before the start of classes.

2. Post Graduate Certificate in Management:

Course Overview:

  • AIMA offers a Post Graduate Certificate in Management approved by AICTE and the Ministry of Education, Government of India.
  • This program is designed for graduates and diploma holders seeking to enhance their management skills.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university or a 3-year diploma after 10+2 (equivalent to graduation) from an institution recognized by AICTE.
  • Graduate students pursuing other professional courses like MBA, MFS, CA, CS, ICWA, etc., can also pursue this program concurrently.

Selection Process:

  • Eligible candidates can apply directly by filling the Admission Form and submitting the required documents.

Application Procedure:

  • Applicants need to submit their self-attested graduation mark sheet, a passport-size photograph, and a program fee (via DD) of Rs. 25,500, payable to All India Management Association, New Delhi.
  • Payment is to be made within 10-15 days after the declaration of the interview results.

3. Post Graduate Diploma In Information Technology Management:

Course Overview:

  • AIMA offers a Post Graduate Diploma in Information Technology Management.
  • This program is designed for individuals looking to build expertise in IT management.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduation (10+2+3) in any discipline from a recognized University.
  • Followed by a Personal/Telephonic Interview round with AIMA Panel members.

1. Registration:

  • Fill out the Information Form provided on the AIMA website.
  • Alternatively, you can also initiate the admission process by filling out the online application form.

2. Document Upload and Verification:

  • Upload your academic documents online using the provided form.
  • Required Academic Documents:
    • Graduation Certificate from a recognized university (or, if you are a final year student, provide the mark sheet of the last two years).
    • Work Experience Documents (if applicable).
    • Photo identity card.
    • Passport-size photographs.
    • Digital Signature.

3. Interview:

  • Participate in a Personal Interview round with AIMA panel members.
  • Admission interviews typically commence in April for the July session and in September-October for the January session.
  • Note: Telephonic interviews are also possible.

4. Fee Payment:

  • Make an online payment for the 1st semester fee. Access the "Payment mode" on the AIMA website.
  • You have four payment modes to choose from:
    • Net banking.
    • Debit Card (All Banks).
    • Debit Card payment using ATM PIN (available for specific banks only).
    • Credit Card Online.

5. Confirmation:

  • Your admission will be confirmed, and a student number will be issued after the approval of your documents and payment by the University.
