• B.Tech: All Branches except BioMedical Engineering.: A 50% Minimum marks in Physics, Chemistry & Maths (PCM)
• B. Tech: BioMedical Engineering: A 50% Minimum marks in Physics, Chemistry, Maths & Biology Mandatory
• B.DES: A pass in 10+2 or its equivalent in academic stream having a minimum total aggregate of 55%

  ARCHITECTURE PROGRAMME

  • B. ARCH: NATA Qualified with minimum 50% Marks in Physics, Chemistry & Maths
  • M. ARCH: B.Arch or equivalent. (Written Exam and Personal Interview) will be conducted by the School of Architecture and Interior Design, SRMIST

SRM University Ramapuram Campus Chennai Selection Criteria

For most programs, admission is done through a national level entrance exam administered by SRM Institute of Science and Technology (formerly known as SRM University) or approved / legislative boards or agencies. Admission is provided specifically with a few programmes. In addition to the above, the admissibility is subject to the necessity of minimum marks in the qualify. 

Entrance Based Programs

Admission is done through the Entrance exam, subject to the requirement of minimum marks also being met in the qualifying exam.
