Eligibility criteria for GITAM GAT UGTP 2022

The educational qualification depends upon the type of the course the candidate wishes to apply through this GITAM GAT UGTP. Courses offered are BTech, Integrated BTech (BTech and MTech) and BPharma and BArch. More information is provided below for the sake of the candidates:

BTech/BArch

Aspirants need to have a minimum of 60% or 6.0 CGPA (55% in case of CBSE and ICSE) aggregate marks in Mathematics, Physics & Chemistry in the qualifying examination.

BPharma/Biotech 

Aspirants need to have a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in Biology, Physics & Chemistry, and First Class or equivalent grade in the qualifying examination. BPharmacy or Biotech Engineering aspirants will have to answer questions related to biology. 

Integrated BTech (BTech+MTech) 

Aspirants need to have a minimum of 60% or 6.0 CGPA (55% in case of CBSE and ICSE) aggregate marks in Mathematics, Physics & Chemistry in the qualifying examination.

Exam pattern for GITAM GAT UGTP 2022

The exam will be conducted in online mode and questions will be related to maths/biology, physics and chemistry have to be answered in two hours or 120 minutes. The questions will be in multiple choice questions where each question will have more than one reply and right one has to be chosen to get the marks.

Every correct answer will get 3 marks and 1 mark will be deducted for every wrong answer. More information about the format is being provided in the tabular format for the sake of the students:
