APPSC Recruitment 2021 is all about applying for the veterinary officers. The last date for the eligible candidates to register is December 18.

Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) is inviting application for the post of veterinary officers in the Department of Animals Husbandry and Veterinary.

APPSC recruitment 2021 is all about filling the seven vacancies. The out of the seven posts, two are for unreserved categories, while the rest of the five posts are reserved for APST (Arunachal Pradesh Scheduled Tribes) candidates.

Eligibility to apply for APPSC recruitment 2021

Applicants targeting this APPSC recruitment 2021 must have passed bachelors degree in Animals & Veterinary Science from a recognised University.

Even candidates who have appeared or are appearing in the final year examination shall also be eligible to apply, subject to product of original certificate/mark sheet at the time of viva interview.

Age limit
Applicants keen on this APPSC recruitment 2021 must not be less than 18 years and above 32 years of age as on 18/12/2021. However, if the applicants for this APPSC recruitment are from APST category their their upper age limit is relaxable to 5 years in accordance with the orders issued by
the Government of Arunachal Pradesh from time to time in respect of Arunachal Pradesh Scheduled Tribe
candidates.

Method of selection
Applicants who have applied for this APPSC recruitment 2021 will have to pass the written test with required score. Individuals who have passed the written test with the required score will be called for an interview.

Point to remember
Candidates have to score a minimum of 33 percent in all the subjects of the written test. And the total overall score in all the subjects should be a minimum of 45 percent.

Applicants who have scored the above mentioned score in the written test connected with this APPSC recruitment 2021 shall be called for the interview. The number of candidates called for the interview would be three times the number of Posts advertised.

It would be in the ratio of 1:3, in the order of merit, candidates shall be invited for the personality test.

Written test
The written test for this APPSC recruitment 2021 will have questions from General English (100 Marks), General Knowledge (100 Marks), AH and Veterinary Science Paper 1 (200 Marks) and AH and Veterinary Science Paper 2 (200 Marks).

The written test in this APPSC recruitment 2021 will carry 600 marks and viva voce (interview) will consist 75 marks. The total marks would be 675 Marks.

Applicants must click the button ‘Details’ located next to ‘Veterinary Officer’ vacancy to know all the details about the post. After obtaining the information candidates have to click ‘Apply Online’ located next to it.

Post clicking ‘Apply Online’ applicants have to register and obtain username and password. After obtaining username and password, applicants can login with help of them and start applying for this post through this APPSC recruitment 2021.

Registration fee
The registration fee to be paid while applying for this APPSC recruitment 2021 is Rs 200 if they are other than APST category candidates. APST category applicants have to pay Rs 150.

Documents
Candidates have to upload the following documents along the application form for this APPSC recruitment 2021:

# Scanned image of the candidate’s signature. The signature must be done with a black ink pen on a white paper. The size of the image must be from 20 to 60 kb.

# Students who are in the final year must submit a bonafied certificate and it must be in pdf format of maximum size of 1 MB.

# Candidates who have passed their qualifying exam can attach required marksheets or its equivalent documents if demanded.
