Eligibility to apply for CRPF Recruitment 2023

Citizenship
The applicants for this CRPF Recruitment 2023 must be the citizens of India.

Even subjects of Nepal, Bhutan, Tibetan refugee (who came over to India, before the 1 January 1962, with the intention of permanently settling in India), a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (Formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.

However, the above mentioned people (subjects of other countries) should be those in whose favour a certificate of eligibility has been issued by the Government of India.

Age Limit
The applicant for this CRPF Recruitment 2023 must be Below 30 years as on closing date of applications (21/05/2023) if applying for SI posts. Those applying for ASI posts can be in the age group of 18 to 25 years.

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor degree or equivalent from a recognized University
with Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science as subjects.

Sub Inspector (Crypto)

Sub Inspector (Technical)
B.E./B.Tech or Equivalent in Electronics or Telecommunication or Computer Science as main subject

Or

Qualified Associate Member of the Institution of Engineers or Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication
Engineers.

Sub Inspector (Civil)
Intermediate with three years diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized Board/Institution or University or
equivalent.

Assistant Sub Inspector (Technical)
10TH Class pass from recognized Board with three years diploma in Radio Engineering or Electronics or Computers, from a recognized Institute.

Or

BSc. Degree with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from a recognized University. Preference shall be given to persons having training in Software or Hardware computers.

Assistant Sub Inspector (Draughtsman)
Pass in Matric with English, General Science and Mathematics from a recognized board with three years
diploma in Draughtsman Course (Civil/ Mechanical Engineering) from a Govt. recognized Polytechnic.
