It is about admission into various undergraduate courses in non-engineering stream in Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science which is popularly known as HITS.

The registration for the test, HITSCAT 2024 application submission started on 16 December 2023. The last date to submit HITSCAT 2024 Application is 13 May 2024.

HITSCAT 2024 will be conducted on 20 and 21 May 2024. The rank list will be out on 24 May 2024. Counselling would be conducted from 3 to 10 June 2024.

Candidates must have passed plus-two to submit HITSCAT 2024 Application for studying graduation courses in the institution. Candidates keen on science courses must pass plus two with maths/biology, physics and chemistry.

Students keen on arts and humanities can pass plus-two in any stream. Commerce course enthusiasts must pass plus two in commerce stream to be eligible to submit HITSCAT 2024 Application.

1. The URL mentioned above must be typed into the browser and then submitted to allow the website to download.

2. Once the website is ready, candidates will find various subjects, applicants can choose the subjects and click them to register and create an account with username and password.

3. Post account creation, candidates can login and start submitting HITSCAT 2024 Application.

4. The application has to be filled and registration fee has to be paid and then submitted.

What happens after HITSCAT 2024 Application Submission?

Candidates who have submitted their HITSCAT 2024 application have to book slots for exam. This is about the date and time, the candidates wish to appear for the exam.

Candidates who have booked the slots would perhaps be writing their exams in remote proctored online mode.

Those who chose to appear for the exam must download the hall ticket at the appropriate time.

The exam may conducted in remote proctored online mode or simply online mode. If it is conducted in remote proctored online mode, candidates have to book slots for writing the exams.

Exams in remote proctored mode can be written even from the place of the stay of the candidates. In simply online mode, candidates have to appear for the exam at the designated test center.
