The Memorandum of Understanding ( MoU ) was signed by the Chancellor of Mohan Babu University , Dr. M. Mohan Babu, and co-founder of PhysicsWallah, Alakh Pandey at the MBU campus, Tirupati.
It is important to note that in today’s dynamic world where employers are looking for graduates with a sound foundation of knowledge coupled with practical skills, technology and the ability to apply themselves in the professional world, the Human Capital for Viksit Bharat report stated that the youth employability in India was 54.8% in 2025, whereas the Future of Jobs Report 2025 of the World Economic Forum identified analytical thinking, adaptability, technological literacy, artificial intelligence , and big data among the skills defining the future
Industry Learning for Academics
Through this partnership , students at MBU will be exposed to industry aligned learning through PW Skills . The program will consist of hands-on training, projects , exposure to modern technology & mentoring from industry experts.
Furthermore, the students will be prepared for soft skills, aptitude, domain knowledge, role specific skills and interviews. One of the key aspects of this program is the dual – teacher mentorship model where industry experts from PW Skills will provide students with practical exposure whereas MBU faculty mentors will mentor them on their academic and skill building journey .
This program is designed for three semesters where students can develop their skills while simultaneously pursuing their academic studies .
