In a letter to Union Minister of Health and Family Welfare Jagat Prakash Nadda, Lok Sabha MP Shashi Tharoor supported the NEET PG applicants and asked for “urgent action on the Neet PG mismanagement.”
On August 11, the NEET PG 2024 exam will be administered by the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS). The health ministry has also been asked by several MPs, student organizations, and doctor associations to reconsider the NEET PG 2024 exam centre allocation. The letter stated, “This situation is made worse by the current adverse weather conditions, challenges in obtaining travel tickets, a lack of reasonably priced accommodations, and safety concerns.”
