Total Students and Exam Dates A staggering total of 981,003 students appeared for the Intermediate 1st and 2nd-year exams conducted by the Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education (TSBIE). These exams took place from February 28 to March 19.

Pass Percentage The pass percentage for the 1st year stands at 60.01%, while for the 2nd year, it is 64.19%. This reflects the overall performance of students across the state.

District-wise Performance Ranga Reddy and Medchal districts have emerged as the top-performing districts in terms of pass percentage. This highlights the regional variations in academic achievements.

Comparison with Previous Years This year’s overall pass percentage of 64.19% is slightly lower than last year’s 67.26%. This comparison offers insights into the trends and patterns of student performance over time.

Top Performing Districts Mulugu district has secured the top position with an outstanding pass rate of 82.95%. Following Mulugu, other top-performing districts include Medchal (79.31%), Ranga Reddy (77.63%), Karimnagar (74.39%), and Khammam (74.2%).

Supplementary Exams and Re-verification Process The Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education (TSBIE) will conduct supplementary exams starting from May 24. The exam timings are as follows:

• First-year exams: 9 am to 12 noon
• Second-year exams: 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm

Students who wish to apply for re-verification can do so from April 25 to May 2. The fee structure for re-verification is Rs 100 per paper, while the fee for scanned copy cum re-verification of answer books is Rs 600 per paper.

Grade-wise Pass Percentage

• Grade A: Over 1.94 lakh students have secured Grade A, scoring 75% marks or above.
• Grade B: Approximately 78,003 students have achieved Grade B.
• Grade C: A total of 25,900 students have attained Grade C.
• Grade D: Around 8,020 students have received Grade D.

1. Open your mobile inbox.
2. Type TSGEN2 followed by your registration number.
3. Send the message to 56263.
4. You will receive your Telangana Inter 2nd-year result 2024 on the same number.
