1. Candidates can type the above-mentioned URL in their browsers and allow the webpage to download.
2. They can select the link of UPSC CSE 2025 Exam under Examinations Menu or What’s New menu available on the official website.
3. Clicking either of the links will open another webpage ‘https://upsc.gov.in/examinations/Civil%20Services%20%28Preliminary%29%20Examination%2C%202025’ which is the webpage for UPSC CSE 2025 Exam.
4. Candidates can read all the information about the exam and then click One Time Registration (OTR)  which opens webpage ‘https://upsconline.gov.in/upsc/OTRP/index.php’
5. Once the OTR webpage with above URL opens, candidates can take up registration by clicking New Registration which opens another page ‘https://upsconline.gov.in/upsc/OTRP/registration.php’
6. Once the webpage with above URL opens, applicants can register and create their credentials (username and password).
7. After creating their credentials, they can come back to ‘https://upsconline.gov.in/upsc/OTRP/index.php’ and login using their credentials.
8. Post login, candidates will view a list of examinations, they can choose UPSC CSE 2025 Exam prelims and then start applying for it.

Candidates who have passed the preliminary exam have to apply for the mains exam for which the dates would be announced at the appropriate time. The main exam will be conducted on 22 August 2025.

About IIT Mandi iHub

IIT Mandi iHub is a Skill Training Partner of NSDC under the Special Project for Institutions of National Importance.

This innovative Technology Innovation Hub specializing in Human-Computer Interaction trains youth in domains such as IoT, AI, Solar Technology, and Drone Technology under this funded project.

Through these initiatives, iHub has trained over 200 youths in the Solar Technology skill development program, providing them with On-The-Job opportunities at the IIT Mandi campus.
