AP BArch Counselling 2024: Round 1 Seat Allotment Result Declared, Reservation Policy Announced

The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education declared the seat allotment result of the Andhra Pradesh AP BArch Counselling 2024 phase 1.

The candidates who registered for the counselling can download the AP BArch seat allotment order 2024 through the website. The institute also released the final list of candidates with state architecture ranks, SAR 2024 on its official website. Seats will be allotted to the candidates in order of their preference of colleges, SAR, and availability of seats.

Accordingly, the candidates have to report to their respective colleges for verification of original certificates and tuition fee payment receipts from today, September 6 to September 9, 2024 as per schedule. The Colleges shall intimate the vacancy position to the Convener on or before September 9, 2024. The classes will be started in the institutes from September 12, 2024.

AP BArch Counselling 2024: Reservation policy

Candidates can refer to the following reservation policy of AP B.Arch 2024 counseling for admission to the undergraduate 5-year Bachelor of Architecture [B.Arch.] course. The total seats available under the convener quota, 85% of the seats shall be reserved for local candidates of Andhra Pradesh and the remaining 15% shall be left unreserved in the affiliated colleges of Andhra Pradesh.

Further, all the seats in universities and colleges shall be filled through the Convener, Architecture Admissions 2024. In respect of unaided, non-minority and minority professional institutions, 70% of the sanctioned intake of seats shall be filled through this admission process.

The principals are directed to fill up the management quota of seats in their respective colleges by issuing a separate notification in the leading daily newspapers and following APSCHE guidelines,” read the official notice. Candidates should be admitted according to the current admission rules. The details of the seats filled under the “Management Quota” must be communicated to the APSCHE for approval and ratification.
