10th class certificate
Candidates for NEET UG 2021 exam can scan their 10th class marksheet and convert it into an image of size 100 to 400 kb and upload them along with the application form.
12th class certificate
Candidates have to scan the 12th marksheet if available and save it as an image and upload it in while filling the NEET UG 2021 exam application form.

Registration fee
The registration fee to be paid while applying for NEET UG 2021 exam is Rs 1500 for general category candidates.
The same for Economically Weaker Section candidates of General category and OBC (NCL) category candidates is Rs 1400.
The registration fee for SC/ST/PwD/Transgender candidates is Rs 800.
