Students who passed plus two from a recognised educational institution with physics, chemistry and biology (botany and zoology) as subjects can apply for NEET UG 2021 exam.

Application process
Individuals have to provide their name, date of birth, qualifying exam details while filling the application form for NEET UG 2021 exam.

Passport size photo

They have to upload a passport size photograph of size 10 kb to 200 kb. The format of the photograph should be in JPG.

Postcard size photograph

The dimension of the photo must be 4 inches by 6 inches and should be in JPG format. The size should be between 50 to 300 kb and should be in colour.

Candidates must ensure the background based on which they shoot their photographs must be simple and plain.
And, the background should not shadow the visibility of the candidate or block any of his facial features from being visible.
Left-hand thumb impression
Applicants of NEET UG 2021 exam are likely to be asked to upload their left-hand thumb impression also.
In case they are asked to, applicants can colour their left-hand thumb with ink and impress it on a plain white paper and allow the ink to dry.
After the ink dries, candidates can scan the thumb impression on the white paper and convert it into an image of JPG format and then upload it.
10th class certificate
Candidates for NEET UG 2021 exam can scan their 10th class marksheet and convert it into an image of size 100 to 400 kb and upload them along with the application form.
12th class certificate
Candidates have to scan the 12th marksheet if available and save it as an image and upload it in while filling the NEET UG 2021 exam application form.
As far as candidates who are yet to receive their 12th marksheets can mention the point in the application form of NEET UG 2021 exam.
Registration fee
The registration fee to be paid while applying for NEET UG 2021 exam is Rs 1500 for general category candidates.
The same for Economically Weaker Section candidates of General category and OBC (NCL) category candidates is Rs 1400.
The registration fee for SC/ST/PwD/Transgender candidates is Rs 800.
