IMT Ghaziabad will receive the below scholarship:
3. TFW waiver scheme: Candidates eligible and shortlisted for the Tuition Fee Waiver (TFW) scheme
will not be required to pay the academic fee component as they will get a 100% academic fee
waiver. They will, however, have to pay all other components of the fees mentioned above. In
addition to the same, they will be required to pay an amount of INR 19,000/- per month towards
charges for academic amenities and other facilities. This payment is to be made by the eligible
students to IMT Ghaziabad in quarterly advance as per said monthly rate.
Note: Please note that the scholarship is disbursed post the candidate joins the campus and pays the
required amount of fees and all other components of the fee as mentioned above. Also In case a
student is eligible under more than one scholarship(s) and/or fee waiver scheme, he/she will have to
opt for one of such eligible scholarships/waiver schemes, and such opted scholarship/waiver scheme
will only continue to remain during the entire tenure of PGDM Program.
The decision of the Scholarship Committee is final and binding for final allocations of
scholarships/waivers and will not be revised under any circumstances.IMT reserves the right to
change the fees, scholarship waivers and any other charges at any point in time before the
commencement of the Academic year (2025)
To apply for IMT Ghaziabad’s PGDM programs, candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree with at least 50% aggregate marks. Final-year undergraduate students can also apply. Acceptable entrance scores include CAT 2024, XAT 2025, or GMAT scores taken between January 1, 2021, and January 26, 2025. CMAT 2025 scores are accepted only for IMT Nagpur. While work experience is considered a value addition, it is not mandatory. The application is common across all IMT campuses. Candidates are advised to ensure official score submission and accurate academic details while applying. Early preparation and documentation help streamline the process.
IMT’s selection process is holistic and evaluates both academic excellence and leadership potential. Shortlisting is based on consistent academic performance across 10th, 12th, and undergraduate levels, along with competitive scores in CAT, XAT, or GMAT. Although work experience enhances an applicant’s profile, fresh graduates are equally eligible. The selection also includes group exercises and personal interviews, conducted offline at select centers across India. Each candidate is evaluated on communication skills, analytical thinking, and overall personality. IMT reserves the right to alter interview center availability. Candidates are encouraged to select an alternative location if their preferred city is unavailable.
Admissions for the 2025 batch at IMT Ghaziabad are now open for all AICTE-approved PGDM programs. Prospective students can apply through a common online application form for IMT Ghaziabad, Nagpur, and Hyderabad campuses. Candidates must register, complete the application with academic and personal details, and pay the application fee of INR 3500. The application considers entrance test scores, academic records, and work experience (if any). Shortlisted candidates are invited to offline interviews at specified centers.
