Shri Vishnu Engineering College for Women (SVECW) was founded in 2001 by Vishnu Educational Society. The founder and the Chairman of the College Late Padma Bhushan Dr B.V Raju founded many educational institutes which play a vital role in shaping the future of thousands of students every year. Dr B.V Raju set up various organizations under Dr B.V Raju Foundation to help the poor and the needy. The college offers 6 B.Tech Programmes, 5 M.tech Programmes MBA.
