The University of Mumbai is a state university which is formerly known as the University of Bombay. It has two campuses in Mumbai Kalina and another one in suburban Mumbai. It has been accredited with ‘A’ grade by the NAAC. In addition to, 55 university departments and more than 742 affiliated colleges, have been recognized by the Mumbai University. Law faculty of the university conducts MUCLET exam for LLB and LLM Programs.
