AP EAMCET 2022 Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) conducts Andhra Pradesh Engineering Agriculture Pharmacy Common Entrance Test (AP EAPCET) to provide admission into graduate courses in engineering, agriculture and pharmacy in colleges located in Andhra Pradesh.
This is a state level exam that is conducted once a year and students who want to study courses in fields mentioned above can aim for the exam.
This exam was previously called as EAMCET (Engineering Agriculture Medicine Common Entrance Test), its name has changed to EAPCET but still the old name EAMCET continues to be popular, so the exam is also known as AP EAMCET.
The notification is released on the official website of APSCHE at appropriate time every year. Candidates can submit applications after the notification is released. The applicatio submission for AP EAPCET took place from 11.04.2022 to 10.05.2022. Application can be still submitted till 03.07.2022 with payment of late fee of Rs 10,000.
Candidates can visit the official website and click the link for registration and create an account comprisiing username and password. Post creation of account, they can login with help of password and username obtained during the registration and start filling the form, they can upload the required documents, pay the registration fees and then submit the form.
Post application form submission, applicants have to appear for a written test. The exact schedule, time, and location of the test centre will be communicated through registered e-mail id or through other source. The written test will be conducted in online mode and questions related to mathematics, physics, chemistry and biology have to be answered in 3 hours.
Candidates who pass the exam with the required score (minimum qualifying marks or cutoff marks) will be called for further admission procedure. Cutoff marks will be set and candidate's score in the exam has to be equal to the set cutoff marks or above it.
Candidates can compare their score with the set cutoff marks, If they find their score to be either equal or greater than cutoff, they can take part in the counselling process. Information about the exam is provided below in a tabular format for the sake of the students:

Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) will be responsible for the counselling session of JEE Advanced qualified candidates. Registration has to be done and the candidates will have to select their choice of colleges and courses. Candidates will be allotted seats into the participating IITs according to their secured ranks, preferences and availability of seats.
