About BIHAR ITICAT 2022

Bihar Industrial Training Institute Competitive Admission Test 2022 Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) conducts Industrial Training Institute Competitive Admission Test (ITICAT) to provide admission into diploma (ITI) courses related to Agriculture, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Lab Technician, OT Assistant, X-Ray Technician, Ophthalmic Assistant, Orthotics and Prosthetics, Agriculture and Gardening in colleges located across Bihar.

This is a state level exam that is conducted once a year and is for those who wish to study courses in ITI, the test is popular as Bihar ITICAT. The notification is released on the official website of BIT at appropriate time every year. Candidates can submit applications after the notification is released.

The application submission facility was opened on 05.04.2022 and candidates could submit applications till 17.05.2022. The test for 2022 will be conducted on 12.06.2022. Candidates who wish to apply for Bihar ITICAT can wait for next appropriate time.

Candidates can visit the official website and click the link for registration and create an account comprisiing username and password. Post creation of account, they can login with help of password and username obtained during the registration and start filling the form, they can upload the required documents, pay the registration fees and then submit the form.

Post application form submission, applicants have to appear for a written test. The exact schedule, time, and location of the test centre will be communicated through registered e-mail id or through other source. The written test will be conducted in offline mode and questions related to science, mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology, agriculture have to be answered in 4 hours 30 minutes.

Candidates who pass the exam with the required score (minimum qualifying marks or cutoff marks) will be called for further admission procedure. Cutoff marks will be set and candidate's score in the exam has to be equal to the set cutoff marks or above it.

Candidates can compare their score with the set cutoff marks,  If they find their score to be either equal or greater than cutoff, they can take part in the counselling process. Information about the exam is provided below in a tabular format for the sake of the students:
