About CG PPT 2022

Chhattisgarh Pre Polytechnic Exam 2022 Chhattisgarh Professional  Examination Board (CG Vyapam/CGPEB) conducts Chhattisgarh Pre Polytechnic Test (CPPT) to provide admission into diploma (polytechnic) courses in polytechnic colleges located across Chhattisgarh.

This is a state level exam that is conducted once a year and is for students wishing to study polytechnic courses related to engineering and science. The popular name for the exam is Chhattisgarh Polytechnic Test. 

The notification is released on the official website of CGPEB at appropriate time every year. Candidates can submit applications after the notification is released. The application submission for CG PPT 2022 began on 20 April 2022 and went on till 10 May 2022. The exam was conducted 29 May 2022. Candidates willing to apply for the exam can submit applications at the next appropriate time.

Candidates can visit the official website and click the link for registration and create an account comprisiing username and password. Post creation of account, they can login with help of password and username obtained during the registration and start filling the form, they can upload the required documents, pay the registration fees and then submit the form.

Post application form submission, applicants have to appear for a written test. The exact schedule, time, and location of the test centre will be communicated through registered e-mail id or through other source. The written test will be conducted in offline mode and questions related to physics, chemistry, biology and mathematics have to be answered in 3 hours.

Candidates who pass the exam with the required score (minimum qualifying marks or cutoff marks) will be called for further admission procedure. Cutoff marks will be set and candidate's score in the exam has to be equal to the set cutoff marks or above it.

Candidates can compare their score with the set cutoff marks,  If they find their score to be either equal or greater than cutoff, they can take part in the counselling process. Information about the exam is provided below in a tabular format for the sake of the students:
