CEED 2025 is being organised by IIT Bombay and the full name of the exam is Common Entrance Exam for Design (CEED). CEED is conducted every year and CEED 2025 is the exam meant to be held in 2025. Candidates who pass this exam can apply to study postgraduation in Design (MDes) or pursue doctorate (PhD) in various topics related to the field of Design.
Post passing the exam with the required score, candidates can apply for MDes or PhD in It is a qualifying examination for admission to Master at IISc Bangalore, IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Guwahati, IIT Hyderabad, IIT Kanpur, IIT Roorkee and IIITDM Jabalpur and PhD programmes
at several IITs and design schools.
Qualifying in CEED alone does not guarantee admission to any of these programmes. Admitting institutes may conduct further tests and/or interviews for the final selection/admission. A CEED score does NOT guarantee admission.
Admitting institutes will also verify the eligibility, category certificates and other documents along with the CEED score. The CEED 2025 score is valid for a period of one year from the date of declaration of the result. The registration for CEED 2025 was open from 1 to 31 October with payment of regular registration fee.
Now the registration for the exam can be done from 1 to 8 November 2024 with payment of late fee. Candidates willing to submit applications with payment of late fee can do it from 1 to 8 November 2024.
