About IIHM eCHAT 2022

Electronic Common Hospitality Aptitude Test 2022 International Institute of Hotel Management (IIHM) will conduct Electronic Combined Hospitality Aptitude Test (eCHAT) to offer admission into various hospitality and hotel management courses at IIHM campuses located at Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Jaipur, New Delhi, Pune, Goa, Samarkand, Bangkok. Candidates who wish to pursue hotel management courses can aim for this exam. 

The notification is released on the official website of IIHM at appropriate time and candidates can visit the official website and click the link for registration and create an account comprisiing username and password. Post creation of account, they can login with help of password and username obtained during the registration and start filling the form, they can upload the required documents, pay the registration fees and then submit the form.

Post application form submission, applicants have to appear for a written test. The exact schedule, time, and mode of the test will be communicated through registered e-mail id or through other source. The written test will be conducted in online mode and questions related to Language Comprehension, Mathematical Skills, Data Analysis and Interpretation, Intelligence and Critical Reasoning, Awareness of Indian & Global Economy have to be answered in 1 hour.

Candidates who pass the exam with the required score (minimum qualifying marks or cutoff marks) will be called for further admission procedure. Cutoff marks will be set and candidate's score in the exam has to be equal to the set cutoff marks or above it. Candidates can compare their score with the set cutoff marks,  If they find their score to be either equal or greater than cutoff, they can take part in the further admission procedure.
