About LFAT 2022

Law Faculty Entrance Test 2022 - Allahabad University (AU) conducts Law Faculty Admission Test (LFAT) to offer admission into the integrated BA LLB course at appropriate time every year. The exam is a university level exam which is held once a year. The exam is popularly known as LFAT and other name is AU LFAT. Students who wish to pursue law course can aim for this exam.

The notification is released on the official website of AU at appropriate time every year. Candidates can submit applications after the notification is released. 

Candidates can visit the official website and click the link for registration and create an account comprisiing username and password. Post creation of account, they can login with help of password and username obtained during the registration and start filling the form, they can upload the required documents, pay the registration fees and then submit the form.

Post application form submission, applicants have to appear for a written test. The exact schedule, time, and mode of the test will be communicated through registered e-mail id or through other source. The written test will be conducted in online mode and offline mode and candidates can choose depending on their convenience. 

The duration in online mode is 2 hours and the same in offline mode is 2 hours 10 minutes. Questions related to Language Comprehension, General Awareness and current affairs, Reasoning, Mental Ability and Legal Aptitude have to be answered in two hours time if exam is in online and 130 minutes if exam mode is offline. Candidates who pass the exam with the required score (minimum qualifying marks or cutoff marks) will be called for further admission procedure.
