SSC JE 2022 or SSC JE 2022 Staff Selection Commission (SSC) conducts Junior Engineer Exam to recruit junior engineers in various departments of Government of India. The exam is also popularly known as SSC JE or SSC JE Exam. Candidates who pass this exam get recruited as Junior Engineers in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering units and Surveying and Contracts units of Government of India.
The exam is a national level one and is conducted once a year and has two stages - Paper 1 and Paper 2. Candidates who pass these two stages will have to take part in document verification, post which the candidates are allotted vacancies based on their performance in the exams and candidates choice of the vacancies and availability of vacancies. Paper 1 is a computer based test and Paper 2 is a written test.
